Charlie Whitfield, MBA
Owner of Whitty Technologies, a certified service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). She is a native of Statesboro, Georgia, with more than 3 decades of documented success in leading large, complex cross-functional projects focused on constantly improving performance and outcomes.

She holds degrees in Psychology (AS), Broadcast Production (BA) and Business Administration (MBA). Served on the Boards of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG Health IT; Georgia State University Alumni and Middle College of Georgia​ Masters’ Degree Program;
Membership: Women in Technology; Women in Defense (WID) and Merit Badge instructor for Boy Scouts of America (Movie Making).
Before stepping out on her own, she worked her way up from a communications assistant to Director of Broadcast ministries for a large church in Atlanta, Georgia. She trained, instructed and managed a dynamic team of paid employees and volunteers, in the operation of a production studio as (directors, producers, camera operators, analog and digital audio boards). She filmed and edited documentaries that continue to be instrumental in raising awareness and funding for Artesian Wells, agriculture, medical and dental clinics in developing communities in Haiti, Venezuela, Jamaica and Ethiopia.
With little to no developer experience, she was instrumental in the creation of one of first mobile application development companies. Creating and hosting clients mobile apps on iOS, Android and Hybrid platforms. Her clients included L3 Aviation, LEO Pharma, L3 Ethics, Veterinarians, Public Schools and Universities.
Whitty Technologies has successful contract performance with the Veteran Administration (VA) and Deloitte LLP for positions in (Project Analysis, System Engineers, Telecommunications Engineers and Big Data).

Candice Prentiss, PMP
Founder & CEO, CAP Global Works, LLC Candice Prentiss is a Detroit, Michigan native and CEO of Louisiana-based CAP Global Works (CAP), a leading IT, program and construction management firm that provides professional support services such as project administration, stakeholder management and strategic planning for public and private-sector organizations across diverse industries and markets. Prior to founding CAP, Candice served in several professional positions; one being with WSP USA, Inc. as Deputy Program Manager of the $1B+ new terminal build at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and several at Jacobs Engineering Group. With Jacobs she served as a key resource for multiple Department of Aviation capital improvement projects at the world's most travelled airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Candice has consistently delivered sustainable solutions to clients with program budgets totaling over $4B across various industries that include Aviation, Smart Cities, Facilities, Commercial Food & Beverage, and Cyber Security. While expanding into co-founding a mobile application, she has received top awards as a New Orleans’ Top 10 Women in STEM complimented by her award-winning projects. As a servant leader and Blacks in Technology Atlanta board member, Candice remains deeply committed to the community through her mentorship work, Habitat for Humanity and as a member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
